The magnificent nature gives you a calming silence with clean and clear air. Here, your stay will be a pleasant and total experience. Adjacent to the health center are excellent walking and exercise loops. Creating harmony for both body and soul is an important part of the stay.
You can come to Österåsen's Health Home through a doctor's referral, as a weekend/weekly guest, course/conference guest or as a participant in one of our theme weeks. With us, paths are opened to a new and healthier existence.
The health center has a swimming pool, gymnasium, library, meditation room, dining room and much more. The pavilion is best suited for small and medium-sized conferences, courses and trainings. On the ground floor there is a conference room, a group room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are eight tastefully decorated guest rooms. There is also accommodation in the main building with annex.
