Beschreibung

We hope that guests who stay at Allsta Gård feel nourished and inspired. Our intention with the farm is that it is a place for regeneration in all of its forms.
The “Kretsloppshus” is a so-called life-cycle house. Ecological and local recycled materials were used for its construction, completed by the former owners in 2014. Electricity comes from solar panels, heating comes from wood pellets and solar thermal collectors, and the wastewater filter system returns nutrients to nature.

The Kretsloppshus has four bedrooms available for accommodation (two double rooms and two single rooms). Breakfast, sheets, and towels are included. We also have a small “Bagarstuga” (Baker’s Cabin) that can host a small family in the summer months.

Our breakfast consists of homemade bread and homegrown produce to the largest extent possible. (And if not, the ingredients we use are local and/or organic.) Our family-friendly café is open during the summer months. See our Facebook or Instagram for opening hours.

In addition to our interest in regenerative agriculture, we also provide several opportunities for personal regeneration. We offer 1-on-1 yoga massage sessions, group yoga and meditation sessions, and coaching sessions on request.

Allsta Gård is run by Alex Carabi and Jana Rudolphi. Alex is Swedish-American and Jana is German. Our backgrounds cover coaching and therapy, body treatments, art, ceramics, writing and cooking. On the farm, all of these threads are woven together. For example, we have a small library in Kretsloppshuset with books on philosophy, psychology, health, farming, and climate that you can borrow and read in the sun.

Our farm is set in a peaceful valley 20-minutes from the beautiful Höga Kusten (High Coast). The famous High Coast Whisky distillery and restaurant is a 10-minute drive away, and Höga Kusten Airport is 5 minutes further. We can pick you up from the airport and local train stations when required.
