We are located at Nipanområdet, where one of the cities regiments, Norrlands Trängregemente T3, was located up until 1994. It's the regiment hospital that has been totally renovated and turned into a hotel with 30 rooms.
The hotel is beautifully situated next to the steep river bank, close to a large grass area. A walking path leads directly to the city center, with restaurants, movie theatres and shopping. The beatiful river, Ångermanälven, right next to the hotel offers great opportunities for salmon fishing during the summer period. During the winter time, you are only five minutes by car from both down hill and cross country skiing areas of high quality.
