Beschreibung
Welcome to Trysunda – voted Sweden’s most beautiful island, located between Ulvöarna and Köpmanholmen in the High Coast archipelago. Here you’ll find a charming old fishing village, red boathouses and many of the High Coast’s diverse natural landscapes gathered on one island.
The guest harbour offers around 25 berths with buoy mooring. The harbour is peacefully sheltered in the heart of the village, close to swimming spots, walking trails and local sights. By the quay you’ll find the small fishing museum, and just a short walk away stands the beautiful 17th-century chapel.
Trysunda is best explored on foot. Scenic walking trails lead to viewpoints, quiet coves and Storviken – a beautiful pebble beach shaped by the sea over centuries. Along the trail towards Björnviken, you can also discover traces of the island’s old mining history. Barbecue areas, simple shelters and refreshing evening swims make it easy to stay a little longer.
Trysunda is the kind of place where many boat visitors end up staying longer than planned – drawn in by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery and genuine archipelago feeling.
