Högkälstoppens Nature Reserve is high on the top of a mountain. The reserve was established in 2006.
From the top you have a fantastic view. Height limits in the area range between 215 to 310 meters above sea level. The reserve is dominated by a spruce-dominated old-growth forest. Many spruce trees are overgrown with hanging lichen. Rare species such as long beard and violet-gray horsehair lichen is found.. Among the trees is found. older pine over stamens and even deciduous trees such as aspen and birch. A small mire in the southwest.
