Once you're here you can travel almost everywhere with the public transport company DinTur. The easiest way to find up to date time tables and plan your trip is by visiting dintur.se. You can buy tickets on the bus. All buses is cashless and requires payment by credit card. Please contact DinTur if you have any questions regarding public transport by bus in Höga Kusten.
If you arrive in Höga Kusten by train from the south, or if you are planning to continue your journey in Sweden after visiting Höga Kusten you will probably travel on SJ, the national train company in Sweden. Buy tickets for these trains on their website or in their SJ app. You can’t bring your bike on a an SJ train. You can also travel on Norrtåg when in Höga Kusten. You can't travel on SJ with Norrtåg's tickets. You can buy tickets on the train when traveling with Norrtåg.
Höga Kusten has two airports, Höga Kusten Airport (KRF) in Kramfors and Örnsköldsvik Airport (OER) in Örnsköldsvik. You can get to Höga Kusten in just one hour flying with SAS from Stockholm Arlanda Airport or with BRA Flyg from Arlanda and Bromma Airport. There are no flight buses available but taxi can be booked in advance and takes you to the main cities in Höga Kusten. You can also fly to Sundsvall Timrå Airport (SDL) located south of Härnösand in the southern parts of Höga Kusten.

Höga Kusten is situated on the east coast of middle Sweden and is easily accessible by car thanks to the E4 passing by. The best way to explore all favourite spots is by your own car or a rental car. There are 4 larger cities in Höga Kusten which are Härnösand, Kramfors, Sollefteå and Örnsköldsvik. You can easily get here by public transport and pick up a rental car on site to explore the destination on your own.

Sometimes the public transport is not sufficient and you might not have a car accessible. Then there's taxi companies that are more than happy to transport you from A to B. Höga Kusten Taxi offer a summertaxi during summer 2021. The taxi is situated in the area around Nordingrå, Ullånger and Docksta and can take up to 8 passengers. The taxi needs to be pre booked and the booking is open from 8am every day. Read more about the taxi here.
