Bjärtrå Hembygdsgård


Homestead museum in Nässom. You can also see the remains of an old church.
The main building is from Västerstrinne. On site, you can visit the native researcher Per Edholms cabin as well as a grain store, a bakery, a ria and a 150 year old hexagon lodge.

On site, you can also see the ruins of Bjärtrå old church that originates from the 1200s. The church, dating back to the mediaeval times, was demolished in 1844 to acquire building materials for the new, larger church. The ruin was restored by local heritage association in 1925.

Café is open for a few weeks during the summer.
