Hallstabacken
Sollefteå has a long history of skiing, both cross country and downhill. The ski slope Hallstabacken was built in the 40s and is one of the oldest in Sweden. Today Hallstaberget is a full service ski center.

Description
Here you can rent everything you need in terms of equipment for the family skiing experience. The lift will take directly from the ski shop to the top of the mountain.
Three pists are available: The largest slope with its 1500 m and a fall height of 305 meters is for those who enjoy long carving rounds. The downhill slope is for those who enjoy high speed, while the family slope from the top to Hotell Hallstaberget is suitable for skiers of all ages. There is also a special children's section, with a smaller slope, a slow moving lift, fire places and a warming hut. A snow park for jibbers is constructed each year, with red and black jumps.
