Embark on a guided bus tour around Härnösand, one of Sweden’s most charming summer cities. This tour offers an introduction to the city’s history while visiting several important landmarks with stories from both past and present.
The tour includes a visit to Härnösand Cathedral, a striking neoclassical building known for its 17-meter rainbow carpet, a powerful symbol of diversity and equality.
After exploring the city’s cultural highlights we continue to Vårdkasberget, a scenic viewpoint with breathtaking panoramas of the High Coast. From here the view stretches from Sundsvall in the south to the lighthouse of Högbonden in the north, offering a perfect photo opportunity.
During the tour you will also see Saltvik Prison from the outside and the construction site of the new National Archives which safeguards Sweden’s historical records.
The excursion concludes with a lunch buffet featuring local flavours at S:t Petri Logen.
