Description
At Pelle Åbergsgården, local cultural history and outdoor life meet in the middle of the High Coast's fantastic nature. The World Heritage Trail is outside the door and in our immediate vicinity are several of Nordingrå's gems such as Mannaminne, Själandsklinten and picturesque Bönhamn. You and your party live comfortably and sustainably in one of our cozy houses with arranged full board packages or with self-catering. Your experience with us has the highest priority and we hope that it will breathe harmony, sustainability, quality and powerful nature experiences.
The name of the farm comes from the artist Pelle Åberg who lived here with his son Anders Åberg who later founded Mannaminne.
The farmhouse
The farmhouse is a log house of 107 m2 from 1870 with the possibility of living all year round, tastefully furnished with a total of four bedrooms and 8 quality beds.
Downstairs you have a large fully equipped country kitchen with dishwasher, insert stove next to the dining area for lovely meals, a toilet in the hall and two bedrooms. Upstairs, you are welcomed by a larger common room/living room with the possibility to spend time together and two bedrooms facing south. The house has WIFI and an air heat pump as well as toys, games and a high chair etc. We have non-smoking indoors.
Across the courtyard in a separate building you have two showers, a spacious sauna with a balcony. In the same building there is an additional toilet and a drying cabinet for wet clothes.
Our guests contribute to the sustainable cycle with compost and waste sorting that nourishes the growing land.
The patio has a nice south orientation with access to outdoor furniture, grill and sunroof.
Our accommodation is located between Mannaminne and Gårdsbutiken with proximity to hiking trails, lakes, sea.
The studio cabin
Cozy furnished cottage for 2 people that is secluded behind the house with a magical view of the Själandsklinten with its own terrace. The accommodation of 20 square meters is suitable for two people and as a guest you have access to a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, two beds, outdoor laundry area, barbecue and a south-facing lawn with morning sun.
You have a toilet and shower in a separate building and are shared with Gårdshuset's guests.
Our accommodations are booked with a full board package or self-catering and can be advantageously combined with the rental of an electric bike or kayak.
We collaborate with a number of local restaurants.
In agreement with us, we also welcome dogs.
