Since 1985, Melin has been strongly involved in the development of the Swedish market for Swedish KRAV-labelled meat and charcuterie. With a look in the rear-view mirror, we can see a very positive development for organic meat and many other organic foods.
At Melins you will find Swedish KRAV-labelled lamb, pork/pork and beef as well as KRAV-labelled charcuterie products and cheeses without added nitrite. Our high-quality range also includes Swedish game and reindeer as well as organic wines from Spain, Italy, Germany and France.
Only pure salt, spices, smoke from alder wood and a large dose of love for our Mother Earth are what give our self-produced charcuterie range the old-fashioned good taste. That said, our high quality is also based on more than 100 years of experience in curing, smoking and drying meat.
