On the farm there are cattle of the Herreford breed. A meat breed known for its fine marbled, tender and tasty meat of good quality. Vestins Lantbruk offers you Swedish, organic and local beef that is produced under Swedish conditions.

Vestin's farm is beautifully situated in By, Sidensjö about 20 km outside Örnsköldsvik. Since 1981, the farm has been run by Torbjörn Vestin. The focus of the farm is meat production and self-breeding of the animals, which today are about 80 in number.

Description
The farm has been KRAV-approved since 1995, which means that Torbjörn does not use chemical pesticides, artificial fertilizers or genetically modified organisms in his operations. During the summer, all animals go out to pasture, which helps to keep the natural areas around Bysjön, among other places, open and alive.

During the winter months, the animals are loose in a large airy loose housing hall with cubicles. A balance between animal husbandry and crop production is important, which is why the animals' feed is produced on their own farm's land.
