Artisan ice cream, scoops, popsicles, ice lollies, and sorbet. When the sun is shining and the temperature rises, few things are as enjoyable as a good, cold ice cream. In the High Coast, you never have to go far to find something sweet and refreshing. Did you know, for example, that Hotell Höga Kusten sells more ice cream than anywhere else in Västernorrland? Or that Vardagslyx in Örnsköldsvik makes its own ice cream, with the fitting name HÖGAkust?

Skuleskogens Nationalpark är vårt hjärta och Höga Kusten-leden en 130 km lång pulsåder, som sträcker sig över höga berg och genom orörd natur.

Flea market, vintage and antiques in the High Coast!

During the summer, flea market signs line the village roads - and it's a wonderful feeling when you find that cup you've been looking for or the perfect painting for the cottage. Around the High Coast there are also many permanent indoor flea markets with a wide range of vintage and beautiful old things.
